Tantric Date is a 7 week series exploring how to feel and connect intimately with your partner in ways that will not only spice up your sex life, but actually transform it into a space of healing and personal evolution.

This is the date night experience for those who are here to cultivate an epic partnership that oozes with love, and overflows with turn on. And it’s all about developing your capacity to be present with your partner, and with high levels of sensation.

Every week we will explore a different energy center in the body and build energetic and intimate connection between you and your partner. From your root to your crown, feeling through every facet of your being your own aliveness, and being finely tuned to your partners experience.

What We Cover:

Week 1: Grounding Your Sexual Connection

  • In week one we explore building a solid base and foundation for exploring new sexual and intimate terrain together. Getting to know what your partner needs to feel safe in sexual exploration, understanding nervous system regulation in sexuality, and how to create an atmosphere conducive to deep and vulnerable intimacy.

Week 2: - Pleasure & the Sexual Circuitry

  • In week 2 we we dive headlong into pleasure and playing with feeling the electrical current of our own sexual energy and sharing it with our partner.

Week 3: Playing with Power

  • In week 3 we play with power dynamics and polarity in creating sexual tension.

Week 4: -Making Love from the Heart

  • In week 4 we expand into feeling the connection of the heart during our lovemaking.

Week 5: -Intimacy Voiced

  • In week five we will explore allowing our throat to be open so we can both express sound freely during lovemaking, and vocalize our needs, desires, and most true feelings.

Week 6:- Intuitive Sexuality

  • In week 6 we practice cultivating and trusting our sexual intuition, and feeling into our partners desires and deepest needs, connecting with one another in the psychic space.

Week 7: Crown - Full Body & Soul Sexual Intimacy

  • In our final week we culminate with exercises that support us in taking our lovemaking to the level of full body, head to toe orgasm, and creating a healing love light that transcends everyday sexuality.

Amanda is a masterful facilitator with over 15 years of experience leading workshops and retreats worldwide.

She has been guiding Tantra in various forms since 2007 when she founded her company Urban Goddess in New York City helping women awaken and embody their inner goddess.

She is dedicated to helping you discover the power of your sexual life force energy, and deepening your intimacy with your self and in your relationships.
